I’ve gotten SO MANY QUESTIONS about the 30 day shred, and what workouts I do personally. So I’m making this post to hopefully answer all of your questions.
What is the 30 Day Shred?
The 30 day shred is a workout constructed by one of the trainers on the show “The Biggest Loser” named Jillian Michaels (I LOVE HER, definitely one of my top fitspirations)
It’s a 30 day program that promises results in just 30 days.
How does it work?
- Level 1 Days 1-10
- Level 2 Days 11-20
- Level 3 Days 21-30

Have you personally ever done the 30 Day Shred before?
Yes, I have done it before and am doing it again (but without skipping around and being MUCH more focused and dedicated this time.)
Does the 30 Day Shred actually work?
YES! I tell you first hand that it WORKS and you WILL see results very quickly.
BUT you have to be dedicated, focused and determined to do your very best EVERY day. Do not skip around all the time like I did last summer, those results will be a LOT less significant than if you make a goal to do your VERY BEST to get through ALL 30 days.
It’s HARD, it WILL test your body and mind, and it WILL make you a stronger person not only physically but also emotionally.
Where can I buy it?
- Level 1 is on youtube right now for free (which as I said is days 1-10)
- You can buy it yourself for $8.99 on iTunes (which is what I did)
- You can find it on ebay for pretty cheap
- Google the actual 30 Day Shred website and buy it there. (This is a bit more expensive but comes with a meal plan and come other extra promotional add-ins)
What if I started the 30 Day Shred once but skipped a few days and am now feeling discouraged? Is it too late to start again?
It’s NEVER to late to start getting healthy guys, so this is your chance to start NOW. It doesn’t matter how many times you fail, what matters is that one time when you PUSH THROUGH TO THE END and complete your goal!
